German or French Speaking Project Assistant

Your future tasks will be...


As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.

In the Business Enablement Coordinator role you will work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability, monitoring task driven activities with direction from within a wider team engagement at a Group level, across Business Enablement Specialist Services. 
 

On a daily basis:

 

  • You provide essential administrative support.
  • You prepare and manage documentations related to the engagement.
  • You attend meetings and contribute by preparing meeting minutes.
  • You gather data and generate reports.
  • You coordinate with colleagues according to the engagement plan to collect status updates and secure necessary sign-offs.
  • You maintain and update the action log to track progress until completion.
  • You monitor cross-charges to ensure only valid costs are processed.
  • You support Change Management activities as needed.
  • You raise escalations through the appropriate channels and assist with stakeholder management.
  • You build and maintain positive relationships both within and outside the organization to achieve engagement goals.

 

 

You are the ideal candidate if...

 

  • You thrive on acquiring knowledge and developing processes.

  • You have a strong command of spoken and written English and either French or German.

  • You excel in interpersonal skills and have the ability to build strong relationships.

  • You are reliable, conscientious, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.

  • You are a team player who consistently delivers excellent customer outcomes.

  • You demonstrate effective time management skills and can prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • You can escalate issues effectively through the appropriate channels.

  • You have strong literacy and numeracy skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • You are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office 365 Apps.

  • Previous project or presales experience is also an advantage.
