About the function & the role: 

 

A new and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Sourcing Executive to join our dynamic and busy Services Partnering Team within our Commercial & Delivery Assurance Division. The successful individual will act like a single point of contact for information, qualification and delivery of international and domestic solutions across CC countries and CC’s Partner Network for services. The role is highly varied and will operate across the Computacenter Group to manage sales opportunities requiring partner outcomes, interfacing with a number of sales, service management and customer solution design teams

 

Your future tasks will be… 

 

Pre-Sales  

  • Qualification of all new international and domestic opportunities updating the relevant trackers and/or tools.
  • Responsible for obtaining and reviewing partner proposals/quotations, assessing cost models and proposing partner selection methods
  • Assist with margin, capability and pricing research in multiple countries.
  • Ensure quotations are processed within specific requested timelines and requirements
  • Ensure quotes are technically vetted as required – ensure that local quotations are generated using correct Deskside Intervention Pricing and Partner specific quotes
  • Ensure service orders are processed within customer specific SLA in each country
  • Produce tracking reports as required for internal governance
  • Work with International and domestic partners to ensure delivery within customer specific SLA

 

Operations        

  • Support other departments in Business Take On and service documentation.
  • Review of partner contracts to identify areas of risk, working in conjunction with internal stakeholders to ensure risk is managed or mitigated
  • Responsible for the daily operation of those accounts and/or projects that require international coordination
  • Placing Purchase Orders with our partners within the agreed Service Levels
  • Ensure local invoice queries are resolved promptly by working with regional or global customer contacts
  • Work closely with countries to monitor debt collection
  • Produce specific reports as required
  • Able to communicate on complex issues to meet business and customer requirements to avoid and manage escalations.
  • Escalation point for problem resolution
  • Ensure that all accounts are documented for back up purposes
  • Regular contact with assigned partner contacts, including the management of Partner Review meetings and ownership of associated action plans, providing feedback to Partner Manager
  • Ensure regular contact with assigned Service Manager to review services

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to ensure that business and customer needs are met, and deadlines are adhered to
  • Customer care – ability to listen and understand the needs of customers and sales
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, International Partners and internal departments
  • Ability to take ownership of queries/problems to resolution
  • Good understanding of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word,
  • Ability to deal effectively with difficult internal and external customer situations
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness
  • Good communication skills
  • Process and customer orientated attitude
  • Good Administrative experience, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player attitude
  • Good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships
