German Speaking Dispute Management Coordinator

Your future tasks will be…

 Without cash, it is impossible for businesses to operate. Our teams are responsible for providing cash collection services for the Computacenter Group. Our aim is to get the payment from our clients on or before the due date of each invoice they receive from us. This involves all activities to achieve our monthly Group cash targets, dealing directly with our customers and internal business partners to secure payments and to chase, identify disputes if they occur.  This is the point when a Dispute Management Coordinator is going to be involved. With you on board, you could have a huge impact of reaching better results and quicker dispute resolution, therefore cash.

On a daily basis: 

• Managing disputed invoices of business partners with colleagues in Germany and Hungary
• Follow up resolver teams to ensure proper response to disputes and help them to reach the resolution quicker
• Help solving and avoiding problems and investigating issues via contacting account managers and sales
• Having conference calls with internal stakeholders who is involved in dispute resolution
• Taking responsibility of disputes for a section of customer ledger
• Providing input to support decisions which improve quality, cost and people engagement 

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You are interested in finance or even have experience in Accounts Receivable / Dispute management
• You are able to read between the lines to be able to understand the real problem when it occurs
• You are a true problem solver who gets the job done and you also have excellent communcation and negotiation skills.
• You are able to analyse issues, find the root cause and cooperate with other teams to solve them and have also a result oriented mindset and you enjoy seeing tangible outcomes from your efforts and drive improvement in process and results.
• You are fluent in English and in German
• You are familiar with Excel functions and other MS Office tools
• You are good at networking and you like contacting internal colleagues and customers
• You know how to organise your day and prioritise your tasks
• You are interested in deepening your SAP and Lean techniques knowledge
