German Speaking Contractual Services Specialist

Your future tasks will be…

The main responsibility of the Contractual Service Specialist role is to ensure that maintenance service is properly purchased based on customer requirements.

On a daily basis:

• Processing Maintenance and Manufacturer requests
• Creation of service orders in SAP analogue and order processing in the manufacturer tool
• Creation of suitable service quotes
• Implementation and management of asset data in the manufacturer tool
• Plausibility checks within the scope of maintenance and manufacturer services
• Contribute to the achievement of the turnover target
• Prompt handling of incidents from the Maintenance Helpdesk
• Invoice clarification
• Registration of different service levels according to the manufacturer's specifications
• Invoice clarification
• Supporting cross-divisional projects as SME (subject matter expert)

You are the ideal candidate if...

• Experience in a relevant purchasing or administrative role in IT industry
• Very good experience in the use of MS Office applications, especially: Excel
• Fluency in English; German knowledge is an advantage
• Strong organization skills and attention to details
• High cost awareness
• Experience of working in virtual teams
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to engage different level stakeholders
