Your future tasks will be…

On a daily basis:

Management of the transition and BAU phases

• Checking the requirements for contract fulfillment together with the responsible manager
• Document checking (offer, order, calculation, special agreements) and plausibility check and potential request for all missing contract-relevant information.
• Coordination of customer requirements within the scope of contract implementation
• Interface management and contract administration
• SPOC for the customer, worldwide CC internally and for the partners
• Requirements for the implementation of the contract customer's reporting requirements deviate from the standard
• Managing the particularly dynamic maintenance contracts
• Incident clarification (customer escalations)
• Change management from the customer, also with help from TCM Operations, to achieve contractual data quality
• Request and approval process in Service Now – Smart Hub
• Ensuring end to end data cleansing and data validation
• Managed resold management responsibility
• Ensuring that individual onboarding is carried out in Service Now – Smart Hub including support for the user
• Creating individual reports based on customers and internal requirements
• Ensuring and checking automated workflows in Service Now -Smart Hub
• Customer system integration into Service Now -Smart Hub
• Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.
• Project work and complementary tasks
• Taking over individual project leads on a national and European level as well as worldwide customer projects
• Continuous testing of the innovations and Ensuring data quality in Smart Hub
• Golden Source Management between the customer, CC and partners

Communication and relationship network

• Active, sustainable communication with the adjacent interfaces
• Constant communication with TCM Operations, Core Business Team to ensure processes
• Establishment and maintenance of relationship networks to the above-mentioned relevant interfaces to ensure a smooth process flow

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Contract in Multivendor Workplace & Enterprise Maintenance Business.
• You are fluent in English and German.
• You are able to ensure complex service implementations in close cooperation with the customer's technical contacts.
• You are able to work in a team and actively maintain open and constructive working relationships.
• You have confident demeanor towards customers and manufacturers.
• You are able to work predominantly independently.
• You are able to think and act in a customer-focused way.
• You have a high level of cost awareness / commercial know-how.
• You have experience in Managing larger projects.
