Your future tasks will be…

The Cash Collector is responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, ideally before they become overdue, while building a clear understanding of the reasons behind non-payment.
The role involves proactive communication with customers via various channels, including email, phone, and customer portals. In case of disputes, the Cash Collector coordinates with the relevant internal teams to ensure proper resolution and follows up until closure.

 On a daily basis:
 

• Managing and collecting outstanding receivables of business partners in the German region
• Investigating and resolving issues by collaborating closely with Account Managers, Sales, and other stakeholders
• Taking ownership of a defined portfolio within the debtors’ ledger
• Contributing ideas and insights to improve process quality, efficiency, and team engagement

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You are fluent in English and in German
• You can use MS Office, especially Excel
• You would like to work in a position with standard office hours
• You are good at networking and you like contacting internal colleagues and customers
• You know how to organise your day and prioritise your tasks
• You have administrative experience and an eye for detail and accuracy
• You are interested in deepening your SAP knowledge
