GTS Strategy & Engagement Senior Manager

Your future tasks will be...


As a Senior Manager within Computacenter's Group Technology Sourcing business you will be responsible for driving engagement with Sales, championing colleague-centric change management, and powering employee communications and engagement for our 2,000 GTS colleagues across Europe.

On a daily basis:


  • You support the development of the GTS business and communication strategies and lead the development and delivery of communications and engagement plans in support thereof
  • You provide change management and communications expertise and support to priority initiatives within the GTS portfolio 
  • You develop and own the GTS international communications content and channels strategy
  • You lead the planning and delivery of specific campaigns and channels, including but not limited to: monthly video updates, e-newsletter (email), and GTS pages on One CC (SharePoint intranet)
  • You work in partnership with the Group Development (Creative Services) team to plan, manage and deliver a regular cadence of video updates from the Chief Commercial Officer
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the One CC intranet presence for GTS is aligned and up-to date
  • You are responsible for the design and delivery of our regular GTS e-newsletter, including overseeing content development, re-establishing, managing and delivering through editorial team, ensuring timely, high-quality, relevant updates to teams
  • You support and inspire your team – as line manager – to deliver their accountabilities, providing leadership and guidance as needed
  • You also take other tasks as requested by the GTS Business Strategy and Communications Director (line manager) or Chief Commercial Officer (line manager +1).


You are an ideal candidate if...


  • You are fluent (as native or second language) in English. French and/or German is a big advantage
  • You have at least 7 years of experience working in internal communication or employee engagement, ideally in a senior manager role in a complex, global organisation
  • You are experienced in setting and delivering against internal communication strategies and plans
  • You have good experience and expertise in change management and/or change communications
  • You have the ability to approach challenges strategically and creatively
  • You possess excellent copywriting skills – you can translate complex technical information into compelling copy and storytelling that informs, engages and inspires colleagues
  • You have expertise and experience in setting and delivering against internal communication channel and content strategies & plans
  • You have strong organisation, project management, time management and stakeholder engagement skills and the credibility in working with senior leaders and delivering through others


Even better if also...


  • You have experience of working with a sales organisation to enable delivery of customer and commercial outcomes
  • You are experienced in developing or enabling delivery of business strategy 
  • You have experience in working with third party vendors / suppliers on campaigns or creative projects 
  • You are committed to your professional development, e.g. qualification(s) in internal communication, employee engagement, change management, or project management
  • You have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or other creative productivity tools.
