French Speaking Team Leader - International Business Support

Your future tasks will be...

 

Joining our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team, you will have the chance to take part in a department driven by continual improvement.

As a Team Leader you will play a critical role in the service we deliver to some of Computacenter largest podium customers from around the globe. You will be part of the management team and input into the direction and strategy that supports our longer-term vision goals.

 

On a daily basis:

 

  • Supporting the needs of our customers and lead country accounts teams
  • Enhancing the customer experience when working with the International Business Support Team
  • Planning and distributing workload appropriately to ensure that business / customer needs & deadlines are met
  • Resolving customer escalations / queries in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact
  • Effective management and leadership of a team including motivation, development and coaching
  • Operational resource planning, including search and selection of new team members
  • Identifying training requirements that supports the team’s development and growth
  • Holding regular team and 1-2-1 meetings
  • Collaborating with key business functions to ensure the International Business Support team meet the growing customer requirements
  • Suggesting and participating in continuous improvement and optimisation projects across the Group team to deliver operational efficiencies that enhance the customer experience.
  • Supporting the drive towards the use of group-wide processes and tools across International Business Support.

  • You have a few years of experience in similar positions
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in both spoken and written English and French
  • You bring a highly motivated and can-do attitude
  • You lead, inspire, and coach team members to support their personal development, creating an environment where people aspire to be the best they can be
  • You appreciate and navigate the challenges of cultural differences
  • You manage stakeholders effectively and engage confidently with senior managers
  • You have experience in customer service and handle customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
