As a fantastic opportunity has arisen, now you have the chance to join our Group HR L&D team and continue your career as a Senior HR Specialist.
On a daily basis:
- Provide detailed independent advice and guidance on a broad range of services across Group HR L&D and stakeholder groups (main areas: learning portfolio management and operational delivery, learning design and creation, learning frameworks and user journey design and creation, learning community management).
- Participate in and coordinate projects relevant to Group HR L&D area.
- Judge and assess situations in a measured way, supporting our customers/stakeholders to feel confident in the advice and solutions you provide.
- Guide colleagues to ensure best practices and continual improvement in service delivery.
- Establish productive relationships and networks at an operational level to build and maintain a high level of service to internal customers. Provide service excellence by being detailed, offering solutions, and being responsive to changing situations.
- Take responsibility for the adoption and improvement of CC best practices and service offerings to ensure consistency of service. Advise employees and Line Managers on how they can best use our Group HR L&D area processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage and Optimize Curricula: Oversee all learning products across leadership, professional, and technical learning needs.
- Collaborate with functional learning teams: Work with the functional learning teams to identify learning needs alongside business consultants
- Simplify Learning Journeys: Run and streamline Development and Career Pathways, driving quality, cost efficiency, and economies of scale.
- Support Learning Culture: Contribute to the creation and implementation of a group-wide learning culture.
- Leverage Learning Methodologies: Select and manage relevant new content onboarding from external partners.
- Ensure Administration and Scheduling: Handle these tasks where not delivered by external partners.
You are an ideal candidate If...
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in supporting development and implementation of initiatives in projects.
- You are fluent in English and French, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and possibly Success Factors.
- You have an eye for detail and organization, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent project coordination abilities.
- You have a strong willingness to network, are able to make presentations to different stakeholders and communicate appropriately and confidently at different levels of the organization.
- You have experience in learning and development and/or project management.
