Your future tasks will be...

Opportunity Registration Management.

You will be responsible for the end to end opportunity registration process.

On a daily basis: 

• Advising on mechanisms to maximise the commercial benefit for CC from timely and accurate registrations of opportunities
• Creating, maintaining and managing deal registrations with selected manufacturers
• Declaring price protection and allocation of supplier funds
• Updating appropriate partner tools for opportunity registrations
• Undertaking initial appeals where registrations have failed or rejected by vendors

We are looking for you if…

• You have no experience yet but would like to learn and would be interested to work in a multinational company OR 
  You could already have 1-2 years of experience in multinational environment but would like to develop yourself further
• You are fluent in French and English
• Degree in Commerce/Economics/Business related fields is an advantage
• You have sound knowledge of MS-Office and Knowledge of SAP
• You developed interpersonal skills: supplier relations, sales relations, relations with other internal departments
• You can easily understand wider landscape and effects on other parts of the business and other stakeholders
• You have distinctive organisational strength and ability to work with tight deadlines
• You are able to create valuable performance metrics and processes to capture data
• You have effective communication skills with regard to leading conversations and presentations
• You have high self-motivation and ability to work independently, experience in working in international and remotely managed teams is a big advantage.

About the function & the role:

The Group Technology Sourcing transformation programme is to create GTO Expert Services. The Expert Services organisation will comprise of a network of virtual Centres of Excellence or Expertise. The Business Support Expert Unit is one of 4 expert units in GTO Expert Services. It will be responsible for the Vendor Opportunity Registration process, Group Contracts Management, Vendor Development (managing marketing budgets) and reporting.

The Vendor Opportunity Associate is responsible for the end to end management of vendor deal registration programs for France, Belgium, The Netherlands and/or Germany. This is a varied role from working with the sales team to ensure deals are registered in a timely manner, through to managing vendor approvals and capturing success rates. You would be located in Budapest as a part of an international team.
