French Speaking Junior Vendor Deal Registration Specialist

Your future tasks will be...

 

As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.

As a Junior Vendor Deal Registration Specialist you will be responsible for the end to end opportunity registration process for France, Belgium, The Netherlands and/or Germany. This is a varied role from working with the sales team to ensure deals are registered in a timely manner, through to managing vendor approvals and capturing success rates. You would be located in Budapest as a part of an international team.

 

On a daily basis: 

 

  • Advising on mechanisms to maximise the commercial benefit for CC from timely and accurate registrations of opportunities
  • Creating, maintaining and managing deal registrations with selected manufacturers
  • Declaring price protection and allocation of supplier funds
  • Updating appropriate partner tools for opportunity registrations
  • Undertaking initial appeals where registrations have failed or rejected by vendors.

 

We are looking for you if…

 

  • You have no experience yet but would like to learn and would be interested to work in a multinational company OR 
    You could already have 1-2 years of experience in multinational environment but would like to develop yourself further
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You have sound knowledge of MS-Office and Knowledge of SAP
  • You developed interpersonal skills: supplier relations, sales relations, relations with other internal departments
  • You can easily understand wider landscape and effects on other parts of the business and other stakeholders
  • You have distinctive organisational strength and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • You are able to create valuable performance metrics and processes to capture data
  • You have high self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • You have effective communication skills with regard to leading conversations and presentations.

 

You have an advantage if...

 

  • You have a Degree in Commerce/Economics/Business related fields
  • You have experience in working in international and remotely managed teams.
