Your future tasks will be…

As a Financial Reporting Subject Matter Expert, you’ll drive process improvements and automation within the Finance Reporting & Business Process Development Team. This Team Leader–equivalent role has no direct people‑management duties, but you’ll hold strong technical influence and act as a trusted advisor in key transformation initiatives.

On a daily basis:

• Act as the go-to expert for financial reporting processes within our Business Support Centre.
• Lead process improvements and automation projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance and IT to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Provide guidance and support on reporting best practices and standards.
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and advanced reporting tools.

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have strong understanding of Finance and Reporting concepts, methodologies.
• You have advanced Excel skills and experience with VBA; familiarity with Power BI and SAP is highly desirable.
• You have ability to work independently as a high-impact individual contributor.
• You have fluent English knowledge
• You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• You have exposure to automation tools (e.g., RPA, Power Automate) is a plus.
