About the function & the role:

 

This person reports to the Group Leader Bespoke Onsite Coordination DE & HU, the position is based in Budapest.

To expand our Global Service Coordination team, we are looking for an experienced senior team leader who could help us deliver our hardware support services (onsite, conference, tech doc, production manchines, VIPs) to the customer. In this position we are looking for professionals, who are not afraid to manage a virtual, global teams.

 

On a daily basis:

 

  • You drive effective communication and provide clear, concise, and relevant communication to ensure clarity of objectives and outputs required.
  • You are the lead personnel who manages planning and scheduling resources on the account and foster the effectiveness of your team by motivating them.
  • You are the single point of contact for the customer around Global Service Coordination and lead a team to manage field services and organise physical interventions across 66 countries including monitoring intervention results and controlling cost reports.
  • You are responsible for customer satisfaction and planning and distributing workload appropriately to ensure that business needs, SLAs and deadlines are met.
  • You will maintain and build relationships with the customer and international partners.
  • You resolve customer escalations in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact.
  • You work out personnel development plans and conduct objective discussions, where appropriate.
  • You are also responsible for process alignments and improvements to increase our business and competitiveness.
  • You are exemplary in Computacenter values; integrity, self-responsibility, motivation and customer orientation.

 

You are the ideal candidate if you …

 

  • Have 3+ years’ experience as an (senior) team leader in leading teams (Leading virtual & global team is advantage) and have the necessary leadership skills. Prior knowledge in service coordination is an advantage.
  • Are a real team player, you have the ability to coach team members to recognise and use each other's strengths to achieve team goals
  • Have excellent interpersonal, administrative, financial controlling and cost management skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports to ensure quality.
  • Are confident in building relationship with customers, key stakeholders, and senior management
  • Are xcellent oral and written English communication skills, German language skills are an advantage.
  • Are familiar with the IT environment, current technologies, processes, tools ( Service Now & MTTN ) and ITIL.
  • Have the ability to prioritise own workload and delegate effectively.
