English Speaking Scheduler - On-site Coordinator

Your future tasks will be…

 

As an On-site Coordinator (also known as a "Scheduler"), you will be a crucial 4th member of a team based in Hungary. Your primary role will be to oversee field services and organize on-site engineer interventions across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, covering several countries. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating IT tickets related to hardware issues (such as laptops, desktops, mobile phones, tablets, and network infrastructure “hand & eyes support only via engineer scheduling”) and coordinating the scheduling of field engineers to provide hands-on support. Your decisions will be essential in ensuring timely and effective solutions for our customer.

 

On a daily basis:

 

  • Remote Troubleshooting- If minor hardware issues can't be resolved by Level 2-3 Service Desk Teams.
  • Issue Assessment- You'll analyse incoming hardware-related incidents to determine the best course of action.
  • Coordination- Your role involves coordinating with Field Engineers, Customer Country IT, and minimal end user communication through MS Teams or email.
  • Service Scheduling- You'll schedule and organize interventions with partners to support office and production machines as well as VIPs, ensuring we meet our SLAs.
  • Ticket Management- You'll manage tickets and keep an eye on stock levels through virtual stockrooms in ServiceNow.
  • Proactive Issue Escalation- If daily operation issues arise, you'll escalate them proactively to address them promptly.
  • Time Management- Effective time management is crucial in this role to meet service requirements efficiently.
  • Effective Communication - You'll be working with teams from several countries with diverse backgrounds and work styles, strong communication skills are essential. 

 

You are the ideal candidate if...

 

  • You have at least one year of experience in the field of IT service desk or customer service.
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • You have a good working knowledge of Service Now and Microsoft applications.
  • You are able to plan and organize your own workload.
  • You have MTTN experience.
  • You have administrative experience
  • You are detail-oriented
  • You are able to provide data for reporting purposes.
