English Speaking Project Coordinator

Your future tasks will be…

On a daily basis:

• Reporting into a Project Manager, responsible for supporting and cordination of the processes, tools and people realitng to new managed service or changes to existing services
• Prioritise and co-ordinate own, and others work schedules to ensure that business and customer needs are met, and deadlines are adhered to
• Develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally in order to achieve project objectives
• Preparing presentations and reports
• Produce documentation in line with project requirements
• Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events
• Acting as SPOC for customer/CC service/project management/ service management teams for changes impacting Computacenter operational teams
• Coordinating with customer/Computacenter project teams to make sure all Computacenter service change criteria are met
• Support for different work stream Items within Customer experience team Knowledge/training/analysis/people

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have at least 2-year experience in participation in complex projects with multiple-stakeholders and/or 1-year experience as project coordinator.
• You are fluent in English and French.
• You are able to define and follow instructions and procedures.
• You are able to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.
• You have a proven ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• You have good administrative skills and experience, attention to details, ensures accuracy of data.
• You have excellenet interpersonal, literacy, numeracy skills and communication skills.
• You have a good working Knowledge of MS Office .
• You are a great team player.
