Your future tasks will be…

As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.

On a daily basis:

• You take ownership of administrative tasks in the team
• You read and understand customer data
• You compile management information reports through relevant business tools to provide accurate and up-to-date data
• You prioritise and coordinate your work
• You ascertain customer requirements to direct the enquiry to the relevant team or department
• You understand complex subjects to meet business and customer requirements and communicate to senior team members when appropriate
• You gather information and validate assumptions by proactively approaching senior team members for support.

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have 1-3 years of administrative experience
• You are willing to learn new skills and new systems
• You possess good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• You plan and organise your own workload
• You pay attention to detail, ensure accuracy of data, and provide data for reporting and processing of information
• You have interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills and can build relationships at all levels.

You have an advantage if...

• You have experience with relevant business systems (e.g. SAP, BI solutions, Partner Portals like Azure and AWS)
• You have a good understanding of Marketplace offers
• You have proven experience of high standards of customer service.
