Your future tasks will be...
As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly evolving department.
As an eCommerce Solution Owner, you are responsible for a specific part of our eCommerce portfolio. This includes further development, communication, training, and documentation of this solution portfolio, as well as the implementation of customer-specific solutions based on it. These solutions usually consist of a combination of different tools or processes that together offer our customers better solutions for doing business with us. The focus is on innovation and to further developing the solution and keeping it at a level that satisfies our customers and ins in line with legal requirements and where the market is developing.
On a daily basis you participate in:
Development and Innovation
- You gather feedback and information about your solution and market trends through events, surveys, interviews, or legal updates
- You develop your solution in a structured way and create a roadmap for new features
- You coordinate with internal teams and identify what needs to be adapted.
Projects
- You act as the main business contact for any projects related to your solution
- You define clear requirements for IS to build on
- You collect and organize input from other teams or stakeholders for the project.
Operations Support
- You create and update helpful documentation like How-To guides, FAQs, manuals, and presentations
- You organize and deliver training so others can use the solution confidently
- You manage a list of small improvements and bug fixes
- You plan and coordinate deployment activities like testing.
Presales and Sales
- You support selected customer cases
- You lead workshops and presentations to show the value of CC’s eCommerce solutions and how they improve business processes.
You are the ideal candidate if...
- You bring more than 3 years of hands-on experience in an eCommerce role
- You have excellent English (Additional French or German would be an advantage)
- You have experience leading virtual teams and managing from a distance
- You understand business needs and have strong industry knowledge
- You think strategically and enjoy solving problems
- You communicate clearly and present yourself professionally
- You enjoy working as part of a team and thinking collaboratively
- You stay motivated, follow through on tasks, and get things done
You have an advantage if...
- You hold a university or technical college degree (Master) in a relevant field or an equivalent qualification
- You understand and respect different cultures
- You have project management experience
