About the function & the role:

As our Group Technology Sourcing transformation programme is ongoing, our diverse hub of GTS Expert Services is extending continuously as well. Now a new opportunity arisen as we are looking for a new DevOps Lead who can provide technical supports and coordination to the team members.

We are looking for a candidate who is driven and focussed to deliver an excellent service levels, who is passionate about driving a successful team.

Your future tasks will be…



  • Lead and develop end 2 end scripting solutions inside Ansible 
  •  Work with team of developers and collaborate with Architect/ Solution Designer to effectively deliver projects, enhancements and applications
  • Take responsibility for Estimation, Planning, Managing team technical
  • Ensure Monitoring and Reporting of deployed solution, as part of the In-Life support
  • Define Automation development standards
  • Oversee the Technical Design documents
  • Ensure SLA's are met and standardize Reporting process
  • Enforcing team to follow design and coding standards, policies and procedures
  • Maintain good collaboration with Network/ Infrastructure teams or 3rd parties contributing to the delivery of projects


You are the ideal candidate if...



  • You have strong experience as a DevOps Engineer and scripting and automating day to day SysAdmin and DevOps tasks
  • You have strong experience with build automation tools like Ansible
  • You have CI/CD experience and are an advocate of Agile methodologies
  • You are fluent in English, German of French can be advantage
  • You have a degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Statistics/ Technical Science or strong IT/ Programming experience
  • Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures
  • Able to script end 2 end solution inside Ansible 
  • Can effectively communicate requirements and assign developers for solution
  • Technical Lead for a team for Developer
  • Strong problem-solving capability. Capable of assessing business and technical issues and come up with smart, logical solutions
  • Execute assigned tasks in a timely & efficient manner
  • Effectively communicate with customers, Managers and team for status, metrics and issues on a regular basis
  • Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs
  • The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind
  • A self-motivated who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
  • Strong team building skills
