Your future tasks will be...

 

As Human Resources Consultant – Compensation & Benefits (rewards) at Computacenter, you are the central contact person for executives and internal customers on the subject of compensation & benefits. Your main areas of focus include advising on all aspects of the pay scale and salary structure, as well as the annual review and adjustment of salary ranges, guidelines, and company agreements.

 

Furthermore:

 

  • You will be responsible for parts of the central salary round process in an international environment. This also includes the technical implementation of the relevant processes in SAP Success Factors.
  • Job evaluation and salary benchmarks of both external data and internal salary structures are part of your regular tasks.
  • Coordinate the processes and agreements in rewards with the responsible senior management and the works council (if applicable) and then adapt them.
  • You work on international HR projects on remuneration structures and additional benefits and are also happy to take on training courses in new processes and systems.
  • You create regular as well as ad hoc analyses.
  • Contribute to the continuous transfer of knowledge and development in the global HR community and in the company divisions.

 

You are the ideal candidate if you have....

 

  • Several years of experience and professional competence in the field of compensation & benefits
  • An affinity for numbers and profound knowledge of benchmarking as well as the design, implementation, and optimization of work processes
  • Good planning and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timeframes
  • Very good communication and trust skills as well as good relationship management to exchange information at all management levels
  • Affinity for/experience in technical system(s) such as SAP/Success Factors and confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Curiosity about trends and developments in human resources combined with the ability to bring in new ideas and work on change processes.
