On a daily basis:

• You provide expert advice within your specialist area to colleagues and customers
• You take part in and coordinate projects
• You create dashboards and management KPI packs for the wider team and senior management
• You run reports and continuously improve them
• You analyse and present key commercial and working capital metrics such as stock turn days, storage costs, and picking charges
• You assess situations, issues, and opportunities and escalate when needed
• You work closely with colleagues to ensure best practice and continuous improvement in service delivery
• You build strong operational relationships and networks to support and maintain customer relationships.

We are looking for you if…

• You've at least 1-3 years of experience working in a challenging commercial environment
• You are fluent in English (Additional French or German would be an advantage)
• You have intermediate Excel skills
• You have experience working with ERP systems
• You have experience with Power BI
• You have experience developing best practice policies and procedures within your functional area
• You communicate confidently and clearly with business stakeholders
