Cash Application Analyst

Location: Hungary - Budapest | Job-ID: 30502 | Contract type: Standard | Business Unit: Finance/Accounting & Controlling

Your future tasks will be on a dialy basis...

 

  • Applying payments to customer accounts
  • Clearing customer accounts in a timely manner
  • Managing and storaging remittance advices,
  • Providing evidence of the unapplied payments
  • Supporting the Cash Collection team – working together as a customer of the SSC
  • Offsetting customer credits and debits
  • Query handling
  • Executing AP – AR compensations
  • Preparing and posting adjustment to appropriate accounts as necessary
  • Preparing and processing customer refunds
  • Managing under- and overpayments
  • Completing all activities timely and in line within the Company’s SLA.
  • Working align to SOX and Audit requirements
  • Keeping the desktop procedures and process descriptions up to date
  • Monitoring emails from other departments.

 

You are the ideal candidate if....

 

  • You have at least 1 year of experience gained in Cash Application
  • You have experience in the usage of SAP
  • You have confident knowledge of MS Office and its applications, especially Excel
  • You have fluency in English
  • You have good administrative experience, attention to detail and accuracy
  • You have good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
  • You have proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your own workload
  • You have excellent customer service, customer contact and communication skills
  • You are a great team player
  • You have experience in working with Lean techniques is an advantage
