Finance Continuous Improvement Specialist

Your future tasks will be...

 
On a daily basis:

• Enforce standard process documentation methodology by regular process reviews and updates
• Support productivity improvements via identifying opportunities in automation, process streamlining, process efficiency and reduction of re-work efforts
• Identifying CI opportunities with estimating the effort requirement and potential benefit of improvements
• Driving standardization in Finance
• Highlight non-value added tasks and support elimination
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department through training and workshadowing
• Managing and supporting CI projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and external partners, to gather input and support for improvement initiatives
• Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes of projects to stakeholders
• Responsible for regular review of Business Continuity Management documentation for FSSC

You are an ideal candidate if...

• You have at least 3 years experience in a multinational corporate environment working with complex processes.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are confident in building relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external) and senior management.
• You have a strong understanding of Lean & SixSigma principles, tools and methodologies.
• You are an advanced level user of process mapping tools (MS Visio).
• You have Project Management experience.
• You have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• You have good Presentation skills.
• You have advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).

Even better if You also...

• have experience in Finance.
• have experience as a trainer.
