Group Professional Services encompasses Consultancy in the UK & France together with the Project practices across the UK, France and Germany. We are made of up of over 1,000 skilled practitioners with deep expertise across core infrastructure technologies and industry standard architecture and project management methodologies.
What you’ll do
As a Principal Consultant you will deliver both pre and post sales technical consultancy to our customers, leading teams of consultants in delivery engagements as well as providing pre-sales qualification, bid response and design to consultancy engagements. This role is UK based, and will involve travel to Computacenter and client sites. Additionally, you will:
- Design and implement solutions for customers consistently and with quality, using our methodologies and processes
- Define solutions, technologies and standards to blueprint best practice within the technology tower Produce high quality assignment documentation and assure deliverables produced by team members to ensure consistency and accuracy within a solution.
- Work as part of a team defining, designing and implementing solutions for our customers
- Attend customer meetings to present solutions from a technical and implementation approach
- Highlight any technical risks that may impact the success of the solution for our client
- Quality assure deliverables produced by team members to ensure consistency and accuracy within a multi-technology solution
