Your tasks

You pull the strings! This means that you are not only responsible for the overall economic result of your customer contracts. It also means that your customers are enthusiastic about working with you. Because from the first contact to the successful fulfilment of the contract, you are the authority that successfully places and implements our services. Your area of responsibility includes the following:

  • You are responsible for contract management in the Digital Factory segment, including the negotiation of IT services.
  • You manage the internal teams and the external delivery network in compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • You work side by side with the sales department to ensure the continuous expansion of the service business.
  • Your goal is to expand our services in new buying centres, to further develop existing customer relationships and to ensure long-term customer loyalty.

 

Your profile

  • Experience in managing IT service delivery teams
  • Service level management and definition/implementation ideally for Windows, Unix operating systems or in the network and security environment
  • Business management of IT service contracts (based on KPIs and P&L analyses) and proactivity
  • Convincing presentation skills, also in English
  • Preferably initial experience in technical and disciplinary management and willingness to travel on business for several days, depending on the customer situation
