What you’ll do

  • Complies management information reports through relevant business tools to provide accurate/up to date data
  • Prioritise and co-ordinate own and others work schedules to ensure that business and customer needs are met, and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Ascertain customer requirement in order to direct the enquiry to relevant department.
  • Able to communicate on complex issue to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations.
  • Assess cost implication of best solution to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.

 

 What you’ll need

  • Handling of all requests out of IRequest, self-reliant contract design plus contract changes including maintenance of the KPI criteria of a WBS. Maintenance of billing plans & vendors / technical structure of projects in SAP. Adoption of the GCB criteria.
  • Invoicing in SAP, filing and shipping of invoices. Responsible for deferral process, work in progress bookings and accruals corresponding to rules of booking. Credit note process including maintenance of credit note tool & management of all documents (contracts, orders, acceptance of services rendered, mails)
  • Time capturing control including cats of new times after booking closure or correction. Document check as basis of billing, customer contracts, orders etc. Analysis of difference of month end bookings before final closure - margin and plan data, correction of false bookings, marking of times as charged or non-charged.
  • PNL check for single contracts, customer and profit centre, ISP charge analysis, clarification of arguable bookings, administration of profitability lists, contract-lifecycle-management, group contract base analysis, support of service management of country unit for service reviews.
  • Creation of reports based on sap or customer data (open budgets / open orders/ contract PNL’S single posting lists for special customer situations & special reports for customers.
  • Participation in projects with the goal to standardize processes. Test of new and adapted sap transactions. Creation of test documents and documentations. Implementation of new cross charge logics and reports (rate card, ips charge, gcb) apprentice assistance

 

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

  • Experience of relevant business systems e.g., SAP
  • Degree Level or Equivalent
  • Two-five-year experience in service industry
  • Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications like Outlook, excel etc.
  • Plans & organises own workload
  • Proven experience of high standards of customer service
  • Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information
  • Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • English language proficiency &fluency
  • Excellent Team Players
  • German Language proficiency will be an added advantage
