This role is for the RSO Ops Excellence Service Line that primarily focuses on driving group led Change & Transformation initiatives for either internal to our organisation’s capability and processes contributing to the customer service delivery. With open access to thought leaders and major industry players you’ll get exposure to leading edge technologies, frameworks, standards, data driven methodical tenets, which will enable you to advance your skills. 

What you’ll do:

• End to end accountability for implementation of portfolio of sustainable technology & process changes for respective customer account(s) utilising project, risk, and change management methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma, & Prosci
• Tracking of project deliverables, outcomes, and benefit realisation
• Enabling the operation by creating training & process documentation (knowledge, self-learning & classroom) and provision of classroom-based training where relevant
• Producing management level reporting on a regular and ad-hoc basis
• Cross functional collaboration to remove obstacles and drive outcomes
• Identifying root cause(s) of and solutions to blockers to success and implementing remediation activities
• Effectively managing internal and external stakeholders with presentation of evidence & recommendations to support data led decision making and challenge the status quo

 What you’ll need:

• • Great communication and comprehension skills.
• • Prior working expertise in Project management/Change management (good to have exposure in Change management and project management methodologies including risk management)
• • Hands on experience of working in a project team across minimum 2 projects in any capacity.
• • Exposure in Microsoft applications.
• • Strong analytical and data driven capabilities with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• • Flexible and quick to adapt business changes and willingness to take required actions to get the desired business outcomes.
