What you’ll do
- Compiles management information reports through relevant business tools to provide accurate/up to date data.
- Prioritise and co-ordinate own and others work schedules to ensure that business and customer needs are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Assess cost implication of best solution to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company process to meet business and customer requirements.
- Ensures that operational documentation is fit for purpose and current to meet customer and contract requirements.
- Develop best practice procedures and guidelines, including analysing, documenting and reporting on work completed to ensure consistent compliance to company procedures.
- Provides specialist guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues to ensure consistent approach.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.
- Able to communicate on complex issues to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations.
- Evaluate escalations and resolve appropriately to ensure customer demands are met.
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.
- Identify own development needs in line with business objectives.
- Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.
- Ensures that Partners act in accordance with Computacenter and customer contractual obligations
- Identifies, onboards and proactively manages new Partners
What you’ll need
- Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
- Plans & organises own workload.
- Proven experience of high standards of customer service.
- Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information.
- Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Works under general supervision. Uses discretion.
- Demonstrates analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems and assignments.
- Takes initiative in identifying and negotiating appropriate development opportunities.
- Demonstrates an organised approach to work.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- 1+ Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- 1+ Experience in procurement / vendor management.
- Basic experience in negotiating contracts.
- Understanding of IT Vendors pricing processes
