We're looking for a new team member to join our friendly team at Computacenter Barcelona.

Your role

 

  • To be part of a friendly team responsible for finding practical solutions related to IT. 
  • Manage incoming contacts via different contact methods only Business to Business and no sales involved.
  • Understand the user's business challenges by adapting excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You will know exactly what's expected of you as your manager takes a genuine interest in your performance and comfort at work.

 

Requirements

 

  • Fluent level in German and English is required, another language is an advantage.
  • Good communicative skills & teamplayer.
  • Experience in an environment with customer focus

 

What we offer

 

  • Salary aligned with market standards: 18.309 euros gross/year                                           
  • Full-time (39 hrs/week) or Part-time (20, 25 or 30 hrs/week) jobs in standard office hours (Monday to Friday) & Out of Hours Opportunities (36hrs/ week) - 24/7 rotating shift (due to the 24/7 rotating shifts you have the benefit to have periods with longer time off in a row between shifts).
