Senior Technical Analyst - Citrix L3

Experience: 7 - 10 years

Location: Bangalore

Skills Required: Citrix VDI with Cloud Virtualization experience (L3 experience is mandate)

Job description:

• Candidate must have 7+ years of experience working with Citrix infrastructure and services, Systems Administration, AD administration authentication and authorization, DHCP, DNS, IP, VMWare, Public Cloud Solutions.
• Manage Citrix, RPA Image & AWS and All Support ( Dedicated support for RPA Image)
• Citrix VDI Image Management and Support and deployment.
• SOP's/Governance Documentation
• Resolve and remediate errors during testing
• Manage change control process prior to implementing new changes into production
• Manage CIS-Benchmarks
• WaaS – Virtual Environment
• L3 Support - Troubleshoot issues related EUS environment and support VDI team in fixing issues. Also work with Midrange team in fixing issues with Citrix XenDesktop & VDI
• Troubleshoot issues with Windows migrations
• Build, test and implement W10 upgrades
• Must have experience managing systems in large organizations of over 10,000 employees
• Demonstrated understanding of and implementation of user authentication and authorization tools between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Demonstrated understanding and implementation of security and data protection
• Must have superior verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and maintain current documentation of the Citrix environment.
• Must have superior organizational skills to prioritize and handle a variety of activities.
• Must have ability to exercise superior judgment and respond effectively to problem situations.
• Proficient in Change Management, Problem Management, Ticketing Systems,
• Telecommunications knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize multiple project tasks, manage incidents and problems and work well with other team members.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Must be a leader and a self-starter willing to take accountability for projects, problems, and issues, carrying through to resolution.
• Must be a technical leader who can guide their own and others deliverables.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible, open to suggestions and possess good communication skills.
• Should have exposure to legacy windows and citrix environments.
• Netscaler knowledge would be added advantage.
• Must have troubleshooting experience in Vmware 6 & above.
