Life on the team

Computacenter GIS business unit is seeking a confident and experienced technical SD consultant to cover 2nd and 3rd Level AMS support. Working on all kind of tickets (urgency related). Being one of the main escalation points for the business in a specific area. For this position, a mix of SD, MM and LE along familiarity of how integration works is necessary. WM exposure/experience is helpful but not essential. This person will work in a global acting team, located in different countries (DE, UK, IN and USA). This person should be senior enough, to learn new topics independently and to take over product ownership on AMS support level. Good communication skills are also necessary, as this person need to work not only with end users. A good communication with different other support and project teams is a must have.

What you'll do 

• Experienced technical SD consultant to cover 2nd and 3rd Level AMS support.
• Deep knowledge of SD, MM and LE along familiarity of how integration works is necessary.
• SAP 2nd and 3rd Level AMS support (Incident and configuration Tasks) – 90 %
• Ownership of a particular Process/Product on SAP AMS Support level, RCA, Customizing, Troubleshooting, System Monitoring and Improvement, Bug fixing, End user communication during RCA and communication various other teams) admin, Monitoring activities, Training and communication 10 %
• WM exposure/experience is helpful but not essential

What you'll need 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Sap SD with LE, MM.
• Strong understanding of procurement, staffing processes, and external workforce lifecycle.
• Proven experience with end-to-end SAP SD Implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP SD certification is an advantage.
