What you’ll do

• Remote management - Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to meet business and customer requirements.
• You will be working on industry leading technology and products Check Point, Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco WSA, Netskope and F5.
• Provide quality of service to our customers for the ticket assigned to you.
• Communicate effectively to the customers on the ticket you working to avoid escalations and improve customer satisfaction levels.
• You will be working with dynamic team, who supports our customers 24/7.
• Maintain SLA performance targets.
• You’ll understand network services requirements and actionable outcomes for stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly with dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.
• Understand and adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
• Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract.

What you’ll need

• 3+ years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments.
• Hands on experience on multiple firewalls like Palo Alto, FortiGate, Juniper, Cisco WSA & Check point
• Knowledge in ITIL framework which includes Incident, Change, Problem management.
• Work on Incidents Day to Day basis to fulfil the customer requirements.
• Coordination with vendors for escalation Preparing & validation of Root Cause Analysis
• Configure and troubleshooting of firewall related issues Assigning severity to the Incidents logged based on the definition.
• Able to monitor the health of network and traffic flow capture using monitoring tools.          
• Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve firewall-related issues and connectivity problems.
• Hands on experience in VPN like (S2S IPSec, SSL VPN, Pulse Secure or Forti Client.
• Perform regular firewall software upgrades and patch management to maintain system stability and security.
• CCNA / CCNP/ NSE4 / PCNSE certification will be added advantage.
