What you’ll need
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DDI infrastructure like DNS, DHCP & IPAM.
• Hands-on experience on working with Appliance modules Infoblox
• Hands on experience in DNS Registration Add/Modify/Delete, DHCP Scope Creation, M-DHCP, IP reservation, TXT record update, etc.
• Able to explain scenarios and have working knowledge and be able to troubleshoot the functions and operations of Infoblox appliances.
• Experience in historical logs verification for the DNS/DHCP queries.
• Working experience in ITIL process – Incident management, change management, problem management
• Able to troubleshoot the DNS / DHCP / IPAM related issues and resolve the issues.
• Able to monitor the Health, Memory, CPU, Disk of the DDI appliance using monitoring tools.
• Knowledge on Linux CLI, Authentication technologies Cisco ISE will be added advantage.
• Able to follow the various Escalation Matrix (i.e. Vendor, Internal and Customer).
• Experience in working with Global client
• Basic understanding on Routing & Switching. CCNA is optional.

• Remote management - Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to meet business and customer requirements.
• You will be working on industry leading technology and products from Infoblox.
• Provide quality of service to our customers for the ticket assigned to you.
• Communicate effectively to the customers on the ticket you working to avoid escalations and improve customer satisfaction levels.
• You will be working with dynamic team, who supports our customers 24/7.
• Maintain SLA performance targets.
• You’ll understand network services requirements and actionable outcomes for stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly with dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.
• Understand and adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
• Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract.
