What you’ll do

 

The Identity and Access Management Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure the security and integrity of an organization's digital assets. This role involves managing user identities, access controls, and authentication processes while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.

 

What you’ll need

 

User Identity Management:

 

  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of user identities and access privileges.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of user identity information.
  • Fulfil orders within SLA with maintain high level of User experience

 

Access Control:

 

  • Implement and manage access controls, including role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege access.
  • Revalidate access permissions to align with business requirements and security policies.

 

Authentication and Authorization:

 

  • Configure and manage authentication mechanisms (e.g., multi-factor authentication) to enhance security.
  • Monitor and control user access to resources and systems based on their roles and responsibilities.

 

Policy Compliance:

 

  • Enforce security policies, standards, and best practices related to identity and access management.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

Incident Response:

 

  • Investigate and respond to security incidents related to identity and access management.
  • Take appropriate actions to mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.

 

Integration and Automation:

 

  • Integrate IAM solutions with other security and IT systems for streamlined user provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Implement automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and procedures

 

Experience & Education

 

  • 3+ years’ experience with IAM solutions from leading vendors (e.g., OKTA, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD).
  • Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

 

Certifications:

 

  • Certification in Identity and Access Management

 

 

Skills:

 

  • Knowledge of identity federation and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
  • Experience with cloud based IAM solutions.
  • Scripting or programming skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Strong knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with IAM solutions and tools (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, IAM platforms).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team with 24/7 work environment.
