What you’ll do
The Operational Excellence analyst will support the operational excellence specialist working across Group Service Desk. You will focus on identifying, data gathering and analysis to understand in-depth the account key elements of our operational excellence framework; In-life commitments, Automation, Quality, Service Model Optimisations and best practice.
What you’ll need
Delivering against in-life commitments
- Supporting with data gathering and analysis of all operational data
- Providing support for the adoption of technologies and channel shift activities
- Knowledge optimisation and improvements
- Identifying optimisation opportunities, creating pipeline where appropriate
Identifying, driving & delivering automation opportunities
- Supporting with data gathering and analysis
- Identifying opportunity and creating pipeline of opportunities
- Process capture and assessments
Quality & Knowledge Management
- Supporting governance of operational adherence to Quality Framework
- Support governance of operational adherence to Knowledge Management processes,
- Production and analysis of knowledge reporting,
- Identify optimisation opportunities highlighted.
Operational Activities

Experience & Education:
- 3+ Years experience in desktop support or a related role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience or relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician).
