Work closely with cross-functional teams including Global Client Directors, Global account management teams, Solution Architects, Service Line leads, and Marketing to ensure alignment on client requirements and our befitting solution across Technology Sourcing, Professional Services and Managed Services.

Build strategic relationship at GCC India CXO levels to cater to local requirements by working with global account governance.

Provide leadership for Client’s India entity specific requirements.
What you’ll do:
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Indian entities of our existing Fortune 500 clients.

Understand client needs and objectives and align our solutions to meet those needs effectively.

Act as the primary point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders.
Account/Business Development:

Build strategic relationship with client leadership in India

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our customers in India.

Develop strategic plans to achieve the results

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation:

Prepare proposals, presentations, by working with global account teams for closure of deals

Ensure all terms of contract are fulfilled in accordance with company policies.
Strategic Planning:
-
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand client base and achieve Account specific targets.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize sales efforts.

Monitor and report on performance metrics.
What you’ll Need:
-
Proven track record in business development and Account management within the IT services or solutions industry, preferably with GCC clients in India

Proven strategic relationship with GCC clients in India

Strong understanding of technology solutions and their IT estate to client business needs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced environment.

10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
