  • This role will be primarily focused on delivering a BAU / Project services within a shared service delivery model.

What you’ll do


  • Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to meet business and customer requirements
  • Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met
  • Able to communicate on issues to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution
  • Ensure Department/Contract meets SLA performance targets
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
  • Understand and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract.


What you’ll need


  • MS Teams, MTR Pro Management, Reporting, Communication, Coordination with vendor and Global IT team.
  • Troubleshooting meeting rooms related call quality as per MS standards.
  • Responsible for the room set up for all meetings and conferences, in relation to IT equipment, room layout and catering.
  • Ensure all details on the systems are correct and are actioned.
  • Assist onsite Centre teams to ensure the smooth running of booking, events and conferences within procedural deadlines.
  • Solid Experience / Knowledge in Biamp, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron Devices components and Monitoring solutions. Or equivalent to similar set of technologies.
  • Perform Regular inspection of firmwares and inspection of meeting facilities.
  • Coordination with Local IT as a global Support.
  • Maintain high-level of professionalism and competence when dealing with clients.
  • 5-6 years’ experience, in which at least 3 years in Remote Mgmt. (5+ years in core Communications systems such as Biamp, Crestron and MTR systems etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of call logging system ((BMC Remedy, BMC ITSM, or similar tools)
  • Willingness to work on out of office hours as and when required (On-Call support
