- This role will be primarily focused on delivering a BAU / Project services within a shared service delivery model.

What You’ll do
- Implement, analyse, and deliver solutions on all Exchange and Microsoft 365 services. This includes prototyping, creating solutions, blueprints, road-mapping, and technical delivery.
- Administer Exchange Servers with a good understanding of mail flow/SMTP, monitoring, reporting, integration with different technologies, and Exchange Server migration activities.
- Train and educate end-users on Microsoft 365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlook, etc.).
- Troubleshoot complex enterprise-level issues and outages.
- Utilize PowerShell for automation and administrative functions.
- Renew Exchange Server certificates in collaboration with external Certificate Authorities.
- Manage organization-level changes in the environment.
- Work with email clients like Microsoft Outlook and OWA.
- Manage the operational health of the SharePoint Online environment, including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.
- Create and manage sites and site permissions (both external and internal).
- Manage OneDrive sync and other technical issues.
- Maintain existing client SharePoint sites and subsites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items).
- Work in the ServiceNow ticketing system to manage incidents, requests, and changes.
- Work on performance improvement plans and suggest automation ideas.
- Approve and deliver root cause analysis for incidents and oversee corrective actions. Engineer permanent solutions and coordinate implementation.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting large enterprise environments, especially within Exchange & SharePoint
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Exchange Online environments.
- Understanding of mail flow, anti-spam, and anti-malware configurations.
- Ability to use PowerShell for automation and management tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Purview, compliance features, eDiscovery, and archiving.
- Managing site collections, user permissions, and security settings.
- Experience with integrating SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services, especially Entra ID and Teams.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 license management and service health monitoring.
- Experience with certificate renewal and liaising with certificate providers.
- Experience in patching Exchange On-Premises and keeping servers up to date with the latest releases from Microsoft.
- Experience in handling disaster recovery simulations and real-life scenarios with Exchange.
- Proficient in extracting reports from the M365 Portal based on schedule.
- Understanding of ITIL processes related to incident management, change management, request management, and problem management.
