- This role will be primarily focused on delivering a BAU / Project services within a shared service delivery model.

What You’ll Do
- Perform a range of complex technical work activities in endpoint and mobile device management to meet business and customer requirements.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) efforts to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and optimize configurations within Intune, MECM, and Co-Management, including policy configuration, Autopilot, CMG (Cloud Management Gateway), and Microsoft AutoPatch.
- Drive and implement effective build management processes for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, supporting a range of device types including Android, iOS, and Kiosk devices.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and cloud applications, ensuring security, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Actively monitor, maintain, and enhance mobile device management solutions, including managing iOS, Android, and macOS environments for a unified and secure device ecosystem.
- Collaborate on patching strategies using tools like Intune (WuFB), Autopatch, MECM and 3rd-party patching toolsets to maintain enterprise compliance standards.
- Develop, implement, and manage complex scripts in PowerShell for automation, reporting, and process efficiency.
- Escalate and communicate issues in line with company processes to meet business and customer needs and provide high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively keep skills updated with industry standards and emerging technologies to drive innovation in endpoint management.
- Provide technical mentorship, drive team improvement initiatives, and take on special projects as assigned to ensure operational excellence.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting large enterprise environments, especially within endpoint and mobile device management.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Intune, MECM, Co-Management, Autopilot, and CMG. Strong knowledge of Intune configuration, policy management, Defender for Endpoint, and cloud security services.
- Operating Systems & Endpoint Security: Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments, including deep experience with device compliance policies and endpoint protection.
- Device & Build Management: Proficient in managing macOS build processes, as well as Android and iOS devices, Kiosk devices, and other mobile device management tools.
- Cloud & Security: Knowledge of Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft security tools, including Defender for Endpoint and compliance policies for enterprise environments.
- Scripting: Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
- Compliance & Patching: Experience with WuFB, Autopatch, MECM and other 3rd party toolsets with an ability to ensure compliance and security across all managed devices.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Flexible, quick to adapt to changes, and eager to take on additional duties and special projects as required.
