Senior SAP FICO & S4 HANA Finance Support Consultant

Experience  : 9-12 years

Location      : Bangalore 24/7

Your Tasks

• You are part of an SAP Applications Department within a global acting Support Team of 5 people.
• You inspire with your competence and personality.
• In cooperation with various teams, you ensure the ongoing production operation for all SAP users at international group level.
• You actively support our users and ensure qualified SAP second level support for the SAP systems SAP ERP FI/CO and S4HANA Finance.
• In the event of system malfunctions in the FICO environment, you are the first point of contact, communicate these to the solution teams with the appropriate urgency and follow them up until they are resolved and an RCA (Root Cause Analysis) is created.
• You are jointly responsible for SAP transport management (via ChaRM).

Your Profil

• Technical education or studies in IT or a comparable qualification/professional experience.
• Professional experience in the support of global SAP ERP FICO and S4HANA Finance applications.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP Programming and knowledge how to analyse issues via Debugging
• Hands-on mentality
• -High customer and service orientation
• Strong social skills, especially in dealing with users, ability to deal with conflicts and strong communication skills
