What you’ll do

 

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior manager to join PS India Projects as Practice Manager. You will be a strategic and commercial leader with a passion for driving professional services growth and service excellence.  You will have a demonstrable track record in leading teams, managing operations and successful programme, PMO and project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across departments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of practice leads with over 150-250 Project Managers organization in IT Infrastructure transformation projects.
  • Execute the strategic vision and roadmap for PS India projects in alignment with the Group Professional Services strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing. strategic guidance and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships through stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with regional Practice Managers to identify new business. opportunities, develop compelling service offerings, and drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve key performance metrics, including project profitability, resource utilisation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Full operational P&L performance for Practice.
  • Effective capacity and demand management to ensure the Practice has the capability, skills, and headcount meet the demand curve.

What you’ll need

 

  • 15-18 years or relevant experience.
  • An extensive and successful track record of project delivery using a right-shore model.
  • A demonstrable track record of leading people by driving a high-performance culture; developing, retaining, and attracting the best talent.
  • Great communication and presentation skills enabling you to present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Extensive experience in IT professional services and digital transformations.
  • Leading negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favourable terms and agreements that support business goals and drive customer value.
  • A good understanding of professional services solution areas in Workplace, Datacentre & Hybrid, Cloud & Apps, Networking and Security.
  • Adherence to corporate governance.
  • Experience of managing operations and P&L’s.
  • An in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies with relevant professional project management accreditations and certifications.
