Life on the team
Join Computacenter's Cyber Operations team as an IAM Operations Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant Identity & Access Management (IAM) services across the organization. You will lead a globally distributed team responsible for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning and de-provisioning, request fulfilment, incident response, periodic access reviews, audit support, and operational reporting.
Working closely with the Head of IDAM, Cyber Operations leadership, GRC, BISO, OCIO, Product Managers, Platform Owners, and other key stakeholders, you will help drive operational excellence, strengthen security controls, and enhance the overall user access experience across Computacenter's global environment.
What you’ll do
Leadership & Service Delivery
- Lead, motivate, and develop a globally distributed IAM Operations team.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve global IAM operational services.
- Establish and maintain services supporting audit, reporting, and periodic access review activities.
- Act as the final escalation point for IAM operational issues and identity management disputes.
- Drive operational excellence through service metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
IAM Operations Management
- Own and oversee Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across the enterprise.
- Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts and access entitlements across all corporate systems.
- Manage IAM request fulfilment services and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
- Deliver operational metrics and analytics on service performance and request fulfilment activities.
- Coordinate 24x7 IAM incident response support and manage escalations to appropriate technical teams.
- Support the resolution of Major Incidents and Security Incidents impacting identity services.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Lead periodic access entitlement reviews in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits through timely evidence gathering, remediation activities, and closure of audit findings.
- Deliver operational reports, dashboards, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for IAM leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance IAM operational capabilities and security posture.
What you’ll need
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of cybersecurity experience with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management.
- 8+ years of experience leading global teams and managing security operations or security programs.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments and challenging commercial organizations.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management principles, processes, and controls.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and enterprise IAM solutions.
- Experience managing identity lifecycle processes, access governance, and entitlement reviews.
- Knowledge of incident management, audit support, compliance frameworks, and operational reporting.
- Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
Certifications
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
- Microsoft security certifications such as AZ-500, SC-300, or related credentials.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions and provide strategic oversight on identity management activities.
- Proven capability to build collaborative relationships across business and technology functions.
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and best practices within a security operations environment.

- Achievement of IAM Request Fulfilment MTTR and SLA targets.
- Effective incident response and resolution performance.
- Successful completion of periodic access reviews.
- Positive audit outcomes with no major non-conformities.
- Timely delivery of operational reports, analytics, and risk metrics to stakeholders.
