Life on the team

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Talent Acquisition team in assisting with any and all steps in the recruitment and selection process, and other applicant/new hire functions for Computacenter. This position will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the functions of recruiting are streamlined for the management staff.

 

What you’ll do

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
  • Support recruiting efforts to communicate effectively and timely with candidates to keep them in the process
  • Work closely with HRBPs on new requiristions to confirm viability, post internally and externally
  • Schedule interviews, phone, and onsite interviews as needed
  • Follow-up with hiring managers, provide feedback to candidates regarding the interview process, and send notifications.
  • Send necessary assessments (Core5/Core7/CoreQuest) and track completion
  • Maintain applicant data in the applicant tracking system, which includes assisting with monitoring and regularly updating data/information for hiring managers and the recruiting team, and attaching completed test reports to the candidate file.
  • Maintain reports for recruitment activity and track other data as necessary.
  • Send pre-offer paperwork to candidates via ATS when identified by TA Partner
  • Create offer letters and candidate folders for contractor conversion/temp-to-perm, internal transfers (change letters), and external hires
  • Send offer letters and additional documents as required to candidates via DocuSign; notify TA Partner when sent
  • Responsible to work in an efficient, high quality, timely manner, using a continuous improvement approach.
  • Comply with company policies and practices and understand and abide by all security and operational policies.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR recruiting-related experience or in administrative work in a corporate setting.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and maintaining calendars and communications
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors preferable
  • 5+ years with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Ability to prioritize work load, plan, organize and coordinate multiple tasks to ensure successful completion within deadlines and required turn-around times.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to use problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail, discipline and follow up skills required
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to deal with confidential information appropriately
  • Demonstrate skill at working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to understand the requirements of the hiring managers and respond to their needs in a timely manner.
