• This role will be primarily focused on delivering a BAU / Project services within a shared service delivery model.

What you’ll do

• Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to meet business and customer requirements
• Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met
• Able to communicate on issues to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution
• Ensure Department/Contract meets SLA performance targets
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
• Understand and adhere to policies and procedures
• Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract.

What you’ll need

• Support all FLS testing requirements on Service Now,SAP and ITSM platforms with 8 to 12 years experience.
• Articulate and methodical, understand what needs to be delivered, and identifying the platforms, tools, data, and resources required to be used.
• Meet targets and delivery deadlines, if not, propose solutions, risk mitigate and set reasonable delivery targets.
• Coordinate Testing resources for the requirement within FLS, create a plan and schedule.
• Compile/create test cases/workbooks and adapt as required including MTP (move to production)
• Ensure prerequisite work is completed in collaboration with the appropriate business areas for testing and MTP (move to production)
• During testing, assist in diagnosing system issues for multiple business teams, removing potential blockers, mitigating and other activities.
• Chair daily calls, provide direction, and know when to escalate to senior management.
• Attend business sign offs as a stakeholder, Support, and coordinate with MTP/Go-No Go and Hypercare Support.
• Regular regression testing, including confidence testing to maintain the platforms and ensure they are working effectively and efficiently before code is transported to production systems, comparing current tools and technology against the desired state.
• Keep track of previous issues, spiras and incidents and ensure that this information is incorporated into the test cases/packages and that the test steps are maintained with the latest information.
• Ensure that future Enhancements are provided with test steps or instructions so that they can be added to the test packages.
• Support and drive the strategy for the use of Automated Test Framework functionality and implementation.
• Assist in the implementation of New/In life system changes outside of business area that may impact our BAU Services, Engineering, Global Service Coordination, & Logistics workstreams for various CC platforms.
• Support and coordinate with all GIS led project for testing purpose on all releases, patches, upgrade, which may include regression testing that may impact various functions.
• Understanding of the different kind of functional testing that may be required from GIS and other areas (Confidence, UAT, Regression, QA) checking for defects or potential problems.
