Marketing Specialist - Technical Content Writer

Computacenter IN for their business units is seeking a confident and experienced Quality Manager / Consultant, to Define and manage the Operational Excellence framework to ensure an effective and efficient service delivery to the customers and drive Continual Service Improvements aiming to create values to our business.

What you’ll do

 

  • Create and update intranet pages to share portfolio content with colleagues throughout the company.
  • Maintain our portfolio portal on our SharePoint site.
  • Assist our Portfolio Marketing Managers with creating and formatting PowerPoint slides, Word documents and other marketing content.
  • Research and compile management & reporting information through relevant business tools to provide accurate and current data for our intranet, news pages and thought leadership texts.
  • Manage the process for content translation and content review.
  • Collate statistics across our solution areas to measure how effective our marketing activities are.
  • Support, and on occasions manage, projects and programmes of work on behalf of the Portfolio Marketing team, where you will take the role of project manager.
  • Prioritise and co-ordinate your own work schedule to ensure that business and customer needs and deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with a variety of stakeholders at various levels to meet business and customer requirements.
  • Co-ordinate and manage Portfolio Marketing meetings and events as directed by individual Portfolio Marketing managers. You will take meeting minutes, manage follow-up actions and co-ordinate event / meeting logistics as required.

What you’ll need

 

  • A ‘can-do’ proactive attitude to get things completed on time.
  • Technical Content writer with 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and SharePoint skills as well as a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to plan and  organise your own workload.
  • Skills to provide high standards of customer service.
  • Exceptional administrative experience, including good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of data for reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, literacy and numeracy skills and an ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Useful but not essential:
    • Knowledge of Computacenter’s technology solution areas.
    • Project management experience.
    • Multi-lingual (French and/or German).
