What you’ll do
As an HR People Operations Specialist, you will be at the frontline of our HR support system, providing efficient and effective assistance to employees and managers. Your key responsibilities include:
- Point of Contact: Act as the senior point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to employees and managers. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of complex HR issues, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Process management: Oversee and manage end-to-end HR processes within the shared services framework. Implement and enhance streamlined processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making. Maintain data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize HR information systems and tools to efficiently address queries and provide support for various HR processes.
- Collaboration with HR Teams: Collaborate closely with other HR functions, such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of knowledge resources to enhance service efficiency.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices. Provide guidance on policy interpretation and implementation.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to junior team members. Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in HR to contribute to the professional development of the team.
What you’ll need
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in HR service desk, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective problem-solving skills to address a variety of HR-related inquiries.
- Customer Service Orientation: Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain positive working relationships.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR information systems and tools.
