Finance Manager

Life on the Team

As a Financial Manager, you will be a core part of our Finance leadership team, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure strong financial governance, operational excellence and ensuring accuracy & integrity of Financial information within an organization. You will lead a high-performing finance team that manages end-to-end GL, Treasury, and Record-to-Report activities. Candidates with strong audit background and ability to generate IND-AS financial statements is mandatory. Experience in Product Reseller Companies will be preferred.

 
Your role will be central to maintaining accuracy in financial operations, driving process improvements, optimizing working capital, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. What You Will Do

  • Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules-FS Preparation as per Schedule VI
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indian GAAP. Knowledge of IFRS/IND AS will be highly preferred.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, tax, and audit requirements.
  • Lead and oversee daily financial operations including General Ledger, Treasury, and Record-to-Report processes.
  • Experience in TDS (Foreign Payments) and related matters with compliance filling.
  • Advance Tax working and making timely payment of advance tax.
  • Experience in payroll accounting and timely deposit of statutory dues (PF/PT/LWF)
  • Experience in GST related matters from accounting perspective and supporting year end reconciliation with timely payment of RCM.
  • Experience in coordination with the Global Accounting Teams (UK) for timely monthly closer and any queries-Updating Global tool for Close Numbers and addressing year end Audit Issues.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, bank relationships, and treasury activities.
  • Lead and support internal and external audits; implement recommendations and process enhancements.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop the finance team; promote a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior management and functional leaders to support operational and strategic initiatives.

What You Will Need

  •  Professional certifications such as CA/CMA/ACCA, or equivalent are highly desirable in addition to Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 6-10+ years of extensive experience in GL, Treasury, and Record-to-Report functions.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IND AS/IFRS/India GAAP).
  • Proven experience managing financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
  • Expertise in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and commitment to compliance.
