Life on the Team
Define and govern the enterprise architecture for Artificial Intelligence, enabling AI capabilities to be adopted, governed and scaled securely across Computacenter. Shape AI roadmaps, principles, controls and transformation plan that align emerging AI capabilities with business outcomes, customer value and organisational change. Work across executive leadership, product teams, technology functions and business stakeholders to integrate AI across platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP and Genesys.
What You'll Do
Core Accountabilities
- You will influence business and technology stakeholders to make informed decisions on AI adoption, balancing innovation, risk, cost, speed of execution and measurable value. You will stay current with AI, data, platform, security and regulatory trends, helping leaders understand both the opportunities and risks associated with AI-enabled transformation.
AI Enterprise Architecture
- Define strategic architecture for generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, knowledge management, customer experience and digital workplace transformation.
- Create and evolve AI roadmaps, architecture principles, governance frameworks, standards and guardrails that support secure, ethical, scalable and commercially sustainable AI adoption.
- Work closely with product teams, Solution Architecture and delivery teams to ensure AI-enabled solutions are viable, secure by design, aligned with enterprise architecture principles and able to deliver required business outcomes.
- Support business-led transformation programmes by translating AI strategy into practical platform choices, operating model changes, investment priorities and delivery roadmaps.
- Ensure AI capabilities are integrated effectively across key enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Genesys, Fabric and Power Platform.
- Lead architecture governance and assurance for AI-related change, ensuring controls, data usage, security, ethical considerations and risk decisions are appropriate and aligned with enterprise risk appetite.
- Act as the bridge between business strategy and delivery teams, providing thought leadership, architectural decision-making and practical guidance on responsible AI adoption.
- Contribute actively to CTO practice development, including EA tooling, reusable AI patterns, reference architectures and decision artefacts that support effective portfolio, platform and transformation planning.

- Effective integration of AI capabilities across enterprise platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP and Genesys.
- Trusted relationships with executive leadership, product teams, technology functions, data, security and business stakeholders.
- Ability to help programmes balance innovation, risk, cost and speed of execution while scaling sustainable AI capability.
- Continuous learning and education, keeping pace with emerging AI technologies, regulations, market trends and enterprise architecture practices.
What You'll Need
Essential
- Proven enterprise architecture experience across business capability modelling, roadmaps, principles, standards, governance and technology strategy.
- Deep understanding of AI and data-driven architectures, including generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, intelligent automation and knowledge management.
- Experience shaping AI roadmaps, governance frameworks, controls and transformation plans aligned to business outcomes and risk appetite.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s AI ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Fabric and Power Platform.
- Practical experience integrating AI capabilities across enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Genesys.
- Knowledge of frameworks and methods including TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe, ITIL, FinOps, DevSecOps, Responsible AI principles, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001 and ISO 27001.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and modelling tools such as LeanIX, Ardoq, Bizzdesign, ArchiMate or Sparx EA.
- Relevant professional accreditations desirable, such as TOGAF, CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Applied Skills for Azure AI and Copilot technologies, SAFe and major cloud architecture certifications.
- Ability to translate complex technical AI concepts into clear business outcomes for senior leaders and delivery teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, influencing and commercial awareness.

- Operates confidently from delivery teams through to CXO-level stakeholders, translating AI strategy, platform choices and risk considerations into clear business outcomes.
- Combines strategic vision with pragmatic delivery capability, ensuring AI strategies can be turned into executable roadmaps and governed change.
- Demonstrates strong influencing, coaching and facilitation skills across business, technology, product, data, security and vendor teams.
- Shows intellectual curiosity, technology breadth, commercial awareness and credibility to engage directly with senior leaders and technical specialists.
- Maintains a balanced view of innovation, risk, cost and speed of execution so that AI adoption delivers measurable and sustainable value.
- Builds confidence across business and technology communities, helping the organisation navigate ambiguity and organisational change.
