What you’ll do

 

The administrative Assistant will work under general supervision and uses discretion in solving problem. Work is reviewed at frequent milestones, able to determine when a problem needs escalating. Within the scope of this job, the focus may diverge and will be determined according to requirements.

Role Purpose:  The Administrator will work independently and support others and has special knowledge in a specific area. Able to analyse and investigate causes when a problem occurs and develop and discuss different solutions and optimisations. Within the scope of this job, the focus may diverge and will be determined according to requirements.

  • Preparation and completion of management information through relevant business tools to provide accurate/up to date data
  • Prioritise and co-ordinate own and others work schedules to ensure that business and customer needs are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Responsible for various administrative and organisational tasks.
  • Able to communicate and pre-qualificate on complex issues to meet business requirements and avoid escalations.
  • Management, impove and control of different adminstrative processes.
  • Project collaboration and take on of special tasks
  • Asses cost implication of best solution to ensure adherence to budget constraints
  • Documentation of processes / Creation of standard operating procedures
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders across Computacenter
  • Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.

  • Very good Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

  • Excellent administrative experience, attention to detail , ensures accuracy of data, provides data for processing of information

  • Very good communication skills
  • A high level of integrity
  • Good Technology knowledge (eg. Sharepoint expertise, Visual Basic, Office 365 Apps)
  • Special excellent knowledge in a specific GDBO Business Support portfolio area
  • Self-confident manner
  • Proven experience of high standards of customer service
  • Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Commercial thinking / understanding

Experience & Education:

  • +5 years of relevant corporate experience
  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience

 

 

Languages:

  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in German
