The Consultant will deliver post sales technical consultancy to our customers, participating as part of a project in delivery/implementation engagements as well as in providing input into pre-sales qualification, bid response and design to consultancy engagements. As a key member of the team, the Technical Consultant has responsibility for providing technical excellence in deployment of key Workplace technologies working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Perform source environment analysis, pre-migration configurations and prepare plan for the SharePoint migration.
• Set up a File System Migration Profile, configure mappings settings and filters policies.
• Validate the success of migration, troubleshoot and resolve the migration failures.
• Good hands-on experience with migration tools like ShareGate or Quest
• Hands on experience in OneDrive Migration
• Proficient in Power shell scripts.
• Good technical knowledge of M365 suite
• Experience in applying Microsoft updates/performed upgrades
• Customization of Sites
• Implementing solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate

What you’ll need

• 10+ years of experience in SharePoint On-Prem and Online environment
• Assess existing environment to explore SharePoint architecture, Audit SharePoint farms and define a suitable migration model
• Analyze the sites structure and purposes, permission management model and complexity of customizations
• Plan moving their SharePoint solution to Online along with preserving the functional on-premises capabilities
• Documenting the detailed design and implementation of the technical solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Undertake supplier certifications as necessary
• Ensure consultancy assignments are undertaken consistently and with quality.
