Life on the Team
The Partner Manager Associate will work closely with internal stakeholders and a diverse portfolio of partners to ensure service excellence, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual obligations. They will collaborate with Procurement, AP, SAAM, GTS & Indirect Procurement teams, as well as senior management, IT teams, CTO and partners. The role involves managing relationships with aligned distribution partners, ensuring successful onboarding, and maintaining strong collaboration to maximise incentives, optimise costs and drive value.
You will stay updated with industry trends and best practices in partner management and ensure that the Partner Management, Partner Manager OneCC site is maintained and relevant.
What you will do
- Maintain the contracts database & Renewals Tracker, with all key information including contracts, renewal dates, PO, CCN, cross charging functionality, contract extensions etc.
- Act as the primary point of contact for transactional partners and resolve any issues or disputes.
- Document key information to ensure transparency, compliance and auditability.
- Understand the value and importance that partners play in delivering goods & services into GIS and the impact on end users.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, including compliance and security risks.
- Have clearly defined and documented engagement models to review what is delivered in line with contractual requirements.
- Manage and maintain partner account plans and RAID logs.
- Ensure that partners are fully onboarded and that all required documentation and approvals are in place and maintained (NDAs, PGS Terms, One Trust etc.).
- Identify recommendations to drive growth, value and new opportunities across partner accounts.
- Work closely with Sourcing to ensure successful handover from selection to onboarding to in-life management.
- Work with Procurement to identify cost savings, value optimisation and the best route to market.
- Manage relationships with aligned distribution partners to maximise incentives, optimise costs and drive value.
- Monitor partner performance against agreed metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to partners.
- Work closely with Procurement, AP, SAAM, GTS & Indirect Procurement to leverage expertise and ensure efficient renewals.

- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate contractual terms, resolve conflicts and find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Communication: Clear and transparent communication, active listening, and stakeholder updates.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Financial Acumen: Ensure best commercial terms during onboarding and in-life changes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, IT teams, CTO and partners.
- Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve conflicts constructively with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Compliance and Ethics: Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Microsoft Suite: Knowledge of Excel, Word, Visio and SharePoint.
